Leading lines as a compositional tool - or specifically to lead the eye to a subject of interest

Yes - important to clarify this - in the newsletter we say

"Leading lines referring to the composition tool of using leading lines in the image; straight, curved, diagonal, wavy or whatever"

Hope this helps.

July Leading Lines Competition

Only 2 days to go - to get your entries in.

28 entries so far - and from an initial look it is going to be very hard to pick winners as many are superb.

Started processing the entries for leading lines today - you can find them by searching for 'll comp' with Editorial ticked. That is lower case ll, for leading lines.

Still many more to come next week.

All the leading line entries have been processed and can be seen by searching for ll comp, with Editorial selected.

Will check next week that none are missing, and that all show in the above search, and the decide on and announce winners.

cheers for now
