Hello team leader and Mychillybin team,as a regular contributor i find your system for clearing uploads far too slow,why is this?some of my uploads have been waiting for weeks,actually coming up for over a month {far more than your generated 2 week wait as your email suggests}.Obviously there has been some upgrading to the site, but does this demand a huge delay and backlog of uploads?Regular contributors will agree that the only page that seems to change is hot downloads and creative just in and editorial are attended to occasionally,come on team,it's simple business,the more variety you show the better for all,emphasis should be on clearing acceptable images which may = more hours from your end or more staff,actually i'm sure i've been through this before with this site.

Thanks for the comments, and we do appreciate that it must be quite frustrating for photographers to wait for processing after getting images up to the holding bay.

We have been slow for a while but at present with our extra image processor operating longer hours we have largely caught up the backlog. A handful of photographers images have however been referred to me for processing because they wanted another opinion on some points - will try and get these done on or before Monday

It appears that the process is still incredibly slow. I know you guys have a day job and that this website is a side business that does obviously not take priority. I've noticed that sometimes 5 days can go by without any processing taking place. Nothing happens on weekends either. I understand as that is your family time.

However, I think it's time for you guys to bring a full time processor on board.

Processing a few images at lunch time and after work is not cutting it.

I'm putting a lot more time into producing stock images nowadays and getting them live as quickly as possible is important to me. I only have to wait for 5 days on overseas stock libraries before my images go live.

I'm even willing to be trained by you and to help out where possible. Photography is my life after all

I would be nice to see a solution to this issue as quickly as possible.

Not sure where you got these ideas from ... but they are not right.

My work time is shared pretty much equally between mychillybin and another business, although proportions vary week by week.

I am also available for and respond to sale queries pretty much all work hours - which customers expect.

We also have another fully trained image processor who works part time, working around university commitments, and will work again this Friday to process the competition images.

Specified Period - images may not be used beyond the specified period, without a further licence of some type being obtained.
