Hello,
I upload photos and go through the usual process of adding keywords, descriptions, choose licence and say no to permission upload form and then say i have read the T&Cs then press the finish button. I get an email saying they are being assessed but nothing happens and I go back sometimes months later and the same photos are waiting for their keywords etc. This happens all the time so the photos never get on the site. Once I had a Chillybin staff go into my account, do something and the photos were accepted but this is happening all the time. I cannot actually use Chillybin anymore effectively. I have sent emails, asked for help and resubmitted but had no luck. Is it due to having only dial-up not broadband? Has anyone else had this problem. I want to put photos on Chillybin but it is so frustrating. Any ideas please let me know?
Cheers,
Martin

a lot of programs such as photoshop allow you to add keywords, titles, description etc while you are enhancing your image. Then when you upload the image all the keywords and description are already loaded onto the site here. Makes it simple!
