Found out that the forum BB code already has the url in the front, thats why it shows again. So don't use the url above, just copy the url off site the paste it into your message.

Good one, Kathleen. Nothing wrong with a little emote here and there. Big Grin

One thing we could do with on the forum is a preview capability so we can test what a post looks like and correct before hitting that "Post Reply" button. *hint hint* MCB.

Hi Kiwiangel

clicking on those jumping smileys takes you to a scuba diving site.

I've just created a new topic in the forum asking if there's a way to edit our posts after we've posted! Most forums do allow some editing time. Sometimes you don't realise you've made a mistake until it's too late!

I had not clicked on them once on the page, so did not relise they take you to other sites. Tricky way to catch some out for advertising to them. If they are just viewed and not clicked on we will be alright won't we, they are free to use.

That would be a great idea. I have tried to edit before when I have relised something not right and have not been able to get back into it.

Kathleen.

Um, it's the type of site some of these smileys take you to. A porn site is one! A scuba site is another...

Yes, I have just seen that. I been looking at another site that seems to have a link to its own site. I'll try one from there that I got off the other site, then I'll click on it and see where it takes me. http://forumsmileys.com/smilies/happy0007.gif
